A group of devotees gathered at the Sivan Kovil Kovil in Kochchikade in Colombo and Sri Manikka Pillayar Kovil in Hatton to engage in religious rites in view of the Hindu festival, Pix by Gamini Bandara Illangathileke and Kithrisi de Mel
