Lubricant blending plant opened at Muthurajawela

A new lubricant blending plant which is a joint venture between the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (CPC) and Malaysia’s Hyrax Oil Sdn BHD was opened by Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe at Muthurajawela on Monday.  The investment of the project is US$30 million. The Prime Minister said during the opening ceremony, that Sri Lanka would borrow US$2 billion from the US and the UK for economic development. Pix by Pradeep Pathirana
