Complaint against not providing health safety equipment

Venerable Uwatenne Sumana Thera and Joint Development Officers Association Secretary Dhammika Munasinghe today filed a complaint with the Human Rights Commission (HRC) stating that the development officers were not provided with health safety equipment in the current pandemic situation.
