Rare bird species and wild animals at the Horton Plains National Park in the summer season. Many local and foreign visitors frequent the National Park to witness its natural beauty. Located at an elevation of 2,100–2,300 m and encompassing mountain grasslands and forest, Horton Plains is rich in biodiversity and many of the species found here are endemic to the region.
