Dilshan Rodrigo to resign from HNB

Dilshan Rodrigo is to resign from the post of Executive Director/ Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Hatton National Bank PLC (HNB) with effect from January 12, 2024 to pursue his future career plans.
A stock market filing by the bank said Rodrigo’s resignation was accepted by the HNB Board of Directors.
Rodrigo assumed the role of HNB COO in July 2013 and was appointed as an Executive Director in July 2020.
As at December 5, 2023, Rodrigo held 27, 266 shares (voting/non-voting) of the bank.
