Browns Investments completes acquisition of shares in Lipton Teas and Infusions Tanzania Limited

Browns Investments announced today the completion of the acquisition of 100 percent of the shares in Lipton Teas and Infusions Tanzania Limited.

The completion took place on 20 December, Browns Investments said in a filing to the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE).

The acquisition was executed through its owned subsidiary, B Commodities ME FZE, incorporated in the United Arab Emirates.
