Allianz Lanka hosts first-ever Biannual Awards to spotlight outstanding sales performers

Amidst glitz and glamour, Allianz Lanka held its first-ever Biannual Awards ceremony recently. 
The event, which was held at Epitome in Kurunegala, reflected the company’s commitment to fostering excellence and celebrating exceptional achievements amongst its sales team. The programme and event not only honoured the exceptional performance of the Allianz Life sales team but also set the stage to encourage and inspire continued success in the year ahead. 

A strategic initiative, the Biannual Awards is a new programme held in addition to the Allianz Annual Awards Ceremony, with the aim of motivating the team and propelling them toward greater accomplishments. The event recognises best-performing insurance advisors, agency managers and business development managers at both zonal and all-island levels. 

At the heart of this celebration of sales talent were top award winners who exemplified dedication, leadership and outstanding contributions to the company. Among them, Negombo Branch Senior Portfolio Manager Vishwa Hirumal Ranasinghe claimed the prestigious All-Island Best Insurance Advisor Award. 

Meanwhile, notable recognitions were also achieved by Thirunelveli Branch Agency Manager Uthayaseelan Priyangan, who secured the All-Island Best Agency Manager Award and Thirunelveli Branch Business Distribution Manager Seenijan Gnanesvaran, who received the All-Island Best Business Development Manager Award.

The awards ceremony also witnessed the participation of Allianz Life Insurance Lanka Limited CEO Jayalal Hewawasam alongside the members of the senior management and sales management teams. This collaborative environment showcased the company’s dedication to its employees and highlighted the value of their contributions.
