St. Regis Packaging representatives at Presidential Environment Awards 2025

St. Regis Packaging (Pvt.) Ltd received the Presidential Award for Excellence in Environmental Sustainability at Presidential Environment Awards 2025, held recently at the BMICH, under the patronage of President Anura Kumara Dissanayake.

The prestigious ceremony was graced by Environment Minister Dr. Dhammika Patabendi, Industry and Development Minister Sunil Handunneththi and senior officials from the Central Environmental Authority and Climate Fund Sri Lanka.

This recognition celebrates St. Regis’ pioneering achievement in introducing the world’s first Carbon Zero bulk tea package—a groundbreaking sustainable packaging solution that replaces traditional tea sacks and rigid sacks with eco-friendly, carbon-neutral paper sacks.
