President pays tribute to Queen in Parliament

President Ranil Wickremesinghe, making his remarks during the vote of condolence on Queen Elizabeth II who passed away recently, said the late monarch witnessed the transformation of Sri Lanka from Dominion of Ceylon to the Republic of Sri Lanka.
