Bus fare reduced by 2.23% from tonight, Minimum fare is Rs.38

The National Transport Commission (NTC) has decided to reduce the bus fares by 2.23% with effect from midnight today (19) in line with the recent fuel price reduction.

Accordingly, the minimum bus fare has been brought down to Rs.38 from Rs.40. (Chaturanga Samarawickrama)
