Protest against Blake’s visit in Jaffna

There was a minor protest held outside the American Center in Jaffna against the visit of Robert O. Blake. The Assistant Secretary of State is currently on a tour to Jaffna where he intends to meet community leaders and students. He was met by chants regarding his comments publicised on Wikileaks against Minister Douglas Devananda. (Jaffna Correspondent)
