One killed, three injured in car-train collision

A woman was killed and another three injured when the car they were travelling collided with a train plying from Katunayake to Kolonnawa at the Railway crossing at Halpe in Kandana this afternoon, Police said.

Among the injured were two infants. They were admitted to the Ragama Hospital, sources said.
