“I’m making an open invitation to anyone who is contesting from the UPFA to come forward and bring victory for the Kelaniya electorate if they can at this month’s election to the Western Provincial Council under the betel symbol of the UPFA,” Minister Mervyn Silva said at a public meeting in Hunupitiya, Kelaniya yesterday.
He also said that whoever comes only he can bring victory to the UPFA from the electorate
