Vehicle revenue license counters in Western Province to be closed on May 5, 6

Colombo, May 3 (Daily Mirror)- The issuing of vehicle revenue licenses in the Western Province will be suspended on May 5 and 6 due to the Local Government elections, the Provincial Chief Secretary said.

A statement issued by the Provincial Chief Secretary said if any vehicle revenue licenses are set to expire on May 5 or 6, they can be renewed without incurring late penalties on the first day when services resume after the elections.
