Update: Court hearing into Ranil’s case begins via Zoom

Colombo, August 26 (Daily Mirror) - The court hearing into the case involving former President Ranil Wickremesinghe commenced a short while ago today (26) through Zoom technology before Colombo Fort Magistrate Nilupuli Lankapura.

President’s Counsel Thilak Marapana, Anuja Premaratne, Upul Jayasuriya, Ali Sabry, along with a group of lawyers, appeared on behalf of Mr. Wickremesinghe.

Additional Solicitor General Dileepa Peiris appeared on behalf of the Attorney General.
