Two killed in shooting in Mount Lavinia

Colombo, Jan 07 (Daily Mirror) - Two individuals, including a 20-year-old, were killed in a shooting at Watarappala in Mount Lavinia early this morning. 

According to police, two unidentified men arrived on a motorcycle and opened fire on the victims while they were inside a house. 

A 36-year-old man died at the scene, while the 20-year-old succumbed to his injuries after being admitted to the hospital.

The motive behind the shooting is still unclear, and the Mount Lavinia Police are conducting an investigation.
