Thushara Upuldeniya further remanded

Colombo, June 11 (Daily Mirror)- Thushara Upuldeniya, the Commissioner General of Prisons, was ordered to be further remanded till June 25 by Colombo Chief Magistrate Thanuja Lakmali.

Commissioner General of Prisons Thushara Upuldeniya was arrested by the Criminal Investigation Department in connection with ongoing investigations into the alleged unlawful use of the Presidential pardon to release certain inmates.
