With the opening of the sluice gates, 500 cubic meters of water per second is currently released from the reservoir.
The warning has been issued to the people living in Bulathsinghala, Ayagama and Parindanuwara Divisional Secretariates. This alert will last until the end of the day today. (Chaturanga Samarawickrama)
