Shooting incident reported near school in Ahungalla

Colombo, April 18 (Daily Mirror) - A shooting incident was reported in front of a school in Ahungalla, where two unidentified individuals carried out the attack and fled in a three-wheeler, according to police.

The victim, identified as 28-year-old Lakshan Madushanka, sustained injuries to his waist and has been admitted to the Balapitiya Hospital.

Police say the shooting was carried out using a pistol-type firearm.
