SLC chief Shammi Silva resigns

Colombo, April 29 (Daily Mirror) - Sri Lanka Cricket President Shammi Silva has officially resigned from his post with immediate effect, the board said in a statement.

According to the statement, the office bearers and members of the Executive Committee of Sri Lanka Cricket have also tendered their resignations.

The decision has been formally communicated to Anura Kumara Dissanayake and the Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports, Sunil Kumara Gamage.
