SC rejects FR petition on Z-score

The Supreme Court today rejected a Fundamental Rights Petition filed by a group of students seeking an interim injunction suspending admission of students to engineering and physics faculties based on Z-score.

The petitions were filed by 42 students who passed the GCE Advanced Level Examination in 2019 under the new syllabus.
