Ranil mets Jaishankar at Indian Ocean Conference

Colombo, Feb 16 (Daily Mirror) - Former Sri Lankan President Ranil Wickremesinghe held discussions with India’s External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar during the 8th Indian Ocean Conference. 

They focused on regional cooperation and maritime security, emphasizing the need to enhance both bilateral and multilateral partnerships in the Indian Ocean region.

Wickremesinghe, currently in Oman for the Maritime Partnership Conference, is set to address critical issues concerning maritime security, trade and regional stability.
