Public sector salaries to be paid on time: Minister

State Minister Ranjith Siyambalapitiya assured today that salaries of non-executive public sector employees would be paid on the 25th as usual without any delay.

He said salaries of executive-level public sector employees would also be paid on the same day or with a day's delay.

He said Rs. 79 billion out of the total Rs. 93 billion has already been allocated for the purpose. (Ajith Siriwardana)
