Prez, PM agree on presenting observations to Cabinet Paper

Political parties affiliated to the Sri Lanka Nidahas Podujana Sandanaya have agreed to present observations to the Cabinet Paper pertaining to the Yugadanavi Power Plant, Prime Minister’s Media Division said.

The agreement was reached at a meeting held with the President and the Prime Minister at Temple Trees yesterday.

Political parties affiliated to the Sri Lanka Nidahas Podujana Sandanaya had sought a meeting with the President to discuss the matters concerning the proposed agreement with US-based New Fortress Energy Inc. on the Yugadanavi Power Plant in Kerawalapitiya.
