Phone conversation: AG refers matter to PSC

Attorney General Dappula De Livera has referred the matter of a controversial phone conversation between Solicitor-General Dilrukshi Dias Wickramasinghe and Avant-Garde Owner Nissanka Senadipathi to the Public Service Commission for investigation, the AG’s Coordinating Officer said.
