PRECIFAC to commence inquiry against Fmr. Additional Secretary

The public hearing by the PRECIFAC against former Additional Secretary of the Defence Ministry, Damayanthi Jayaratne will commence today, the spokesman for the commission said.

Ms. Jayaratne had allegedly allowed the sale of imported and expired explosives in violation of standard procedures.
