One track on Coastal Line closed until Sunday: Railway Dept.

One line between Kollupitiya and Bambalapitiya Railway Stations on the Coastal Line will be closed for five days from today due to repair work, the Railways Department said.

They said train service will be operated on a single line between the above stations until Sunday (15).

Arrangements have been made to operate a special bus service from the Colombo Fort Railway Station to Panadura and Moratuwa in the morning and evening, the Department added. (Chaturanga Samarawickrama)
