No plans to remove QR code for fuel: Minister

There's no plans to remove Fuel Management QR code system from next month as stated by certain media and social media, Minister of Power and Energy Kanchana Wijesekera tweeted.

"The Fuel Management QR  code system will continue until the full fuel supply is absolutely brought under control," he also stated.

He was referring to some media reports that there are plans afoot to remove the Fuel Management QR  ode system with effect from next month.
