NPC Dy. Chairman dies of heart attack

Deputy Chairman of the Northern Provincial Council Antony Jeganathan died of a heart attack this morning, Hospital sources said.

He is reported to have suffered a heart attack while he was riding his motorbike to Mulaitive this morning.

He was pronounced dead on admission to the Mancholai Base Hospital. (Romesh Madushanka)
