Colombo, March 6 (Daily Mirror) - A viral video circulating on social media shows a man allegedly destroying property at the Provincial Council in Hambantota.

The video shows a man destroying windows with a chair while staff members scream "Budu Aiye" , man also appears to be attempting to attack the staff using the equipment.
