Mahinda Yapa reports to PRECIFAC

Former agriculture minister Mahinda Yapa Abeywardena today gave a statement to the Presidential Commission of Inquiry to Investigate and Inquire into Serious Acts of Fraud, Corruption and Abuse of Power, State Resources and Privileges (PRECIFAC) in connection with the alleged misuse of vehicles and funds belonging at the ministry.

The Matara District UPFA MP served as the minister of agriculture from 2010 to January last year.
