Colombo, November 20 (Daily Mirror) -K M Mahinda Siriwardana assumed duties as the Secretary to the Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development today.

The event was attended by Deputy Secretaries of the Treasury, heads of departments under the Ministry of Finance, and other senior officials.
