Kanjipani Imran files FR petition

Mohommad Najim Mohommad Imran alias Kanjipani Imran who is currently serving a six-year rigorous prison term at Boossa Prison today filed a Fundamental Rights petition in the Supreme Court.

He is seeking an order directing prison authorities to relocate him to any other prison situated outside the Southern Province.

He is further seeking an order directing the prison authorities to prohibit any other person other than the officers of the Prison Department from entering into Boossa Prison more particularly into his prison cell.
