New US Ambassador to Sri Lanka Julie Chung ‬in a video clip explained that she is very excited to represent United Stated on “this beautiful island”- Sri Lanka.

“The US and Sri Lanka have a lot in common – from our democratic values to our shared commitment to a safe and prosperous Indo-Pacific,” she said in a video statement.
