HRCSL to accept complaints on election law violations

Colombo, August 03 (Daily Mirror) - The Human Rights Commission of Sri Lanka announced that it will accept complaints regarding violations of election laws by police and other government officials ahead of the Presidential election.

Complaints can be submitted via telephone at 0767914696 or Fax at 0112505566, according to a spokesman for the Commission.

This initiative aims to ensure free and fair elections. 

Recently, the Human Rights Commission issued guidelines for government officials, including police officers, to facilitate this objective.
