Future SJB Govt. will lift chemical manure ban

A future SJB government will make arrengements to import chemical fertilizer, SJB MP J. C. Alawathuwala said today.

"We will do this as country needs chemical fertilizer. The present government has made a hash decision to hapazardly ban importing chemical fertilizer. This has severely affected the agriculture sector," he told the Daily Mirror. (Yohan Perera)
