Foreign investors leaving country: Sajith raises questions in Parliament

Colombo, Feb 14 (Daily Mirror) - In the wake of Indian billionaire businessmen Gautam Adani pulling out of the wind energy project from Sri Lanka, Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa today raised concerns that foreign investors are leaving the country and that it is a serious situation.

He told Parliament that there is no issue that everything must take place in a competitive and transparent manner, but foreign investors are leaving the country today.

"Power disruptions take place. What is the solution to the power disruptions?" he asked.
