Colombo, June 18 (Daily Mirror)- President Ranil Wickremesinghe gave an assurance in Parliament that the first property will be exempted from taxation under the Imputed Rental Income Tax, President's Media Division (PMD) said.

He told Parliament that it is intended to focus on high-net-worth individuals and not the average income earners.
