Eight more cabinet ministers appointed

Eight new Cabinet Ministers were sworn in before President Gotabaya Rajapaksa this morning.

Accordingly, Douglas Devananda was appointed as Fisheries Minister while Bandula Gunawardana as Transport, Highways and Media Minister.

Keheliya Rambukwellawas sworn in as Minister of Water Supply while Mahinda Amaraweera as the minister of Agriculture, Wildlife & Forest.

Ramesh Pathirana was appointed as the Industry Minister and Vidura Wickremanayaka as minister of the Ministry of Buddhasasana, Religious and Cultural Affairs.

Ahamed Naseer Zainulabdeen sworn in as the Minister of Environment while Roshan Ranasinghe appointed as the Irrigations, Sports and Youth affairs minister.
