Covid-19 recoveries exceed 1,000

Sixty-seven more COVID-19 infected patients were recovered and discharged from hospitals today increasing the total number of recovered patients in Sri Lanka to 1,057, the Health Ministry said.

The ministry said that a total of 789 patients are still under medical care at hospitals.

Meanwhile, 41 more naval personnel infected with Covid-19 were recovered and discharged today bringing the recovered number to 563.
