Court orders contempt inquiry over social media circulation of courtroom footage

Colombo, August 26 (Daily Mirror) - Fort Magistrate Nilupuli Lankapura directed that an inquiry be commenced under the Contempt of Court Ordinance against individuals who had recorded video footage and photographs inside the court during the previous hearing and had circulated them on social media.
