Cop clubbed to death in Tangalle

A police constable was clubbed to death during a brawl over a land dispute between two factions in Vitharandeniya,Tangalle.

His brother who was critically injured was admitted to the Karapitiya Hospital, Tangalle police said.

The deceased was a 34-year-old police constable and serves at the Kasagala Entrance to the Southern Expressway.
