CPC, LIOC to lower Lanka Auto Diesel by Rs.10 from tonight

The Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (CPC) will reduce the price of a litre of Lanka Auto Diesel from midnight today, the CPC marketing division said.

Accordingly, the price of one litre of Lanka auto diesel will be reduced by Rs. 10, and the new retail price will be Rs. 420.

However, the CPC marketing division announced that the prices of Lanka Super Diesel 4 Star Euro 4 (Rs. 510), Octane 95 Euro 4 (Rs. 510), Octane 92  (Rs. 370), Kerosene (Rs. 365), and Industrial Kerosene (Rs. 464) will remain unchanged.

Meanwhile, along with the price revision of the CPC, the Lanka IOC also decided to reduce the price of auto diesel by Rs. 10 from midnight today.

Accordingly, the new selling price of auto diesel will be Rs. 420 per litre. The prices of other types of fuel will remain unchanged. (Chaturanga Pradeep Samarawickrama)
