COVID-19 recoveries rise to 941

Fifty more COVID-19 infected patients were recovered and discharged from hospitals today increasing the total number of recovered patients in Sri Lanka to 941.

Accordingly, 22 patients undergoing treatment at the Homagama Hospital, 13 from Kanthankudi Hospital, 7 from the Minuwangoda Hospital, 5 from the IDH, 2 from Iranavila Hospital and one patient from Welikanda were discharged.

The Health Ministry said that 862 patients are still under medical care at hospitals.
