Assault on 4-year-old child: ’Kukul Chaminda’ remanded

June 05 - The suspect identified as Kukul Chaminda alias Bibile Chaminda, who was arrested for the assault on a 4-year-old child, was remanded until June 19.

The order was delivered by the Padaviya Magistrate's Court.

Police initiated investigations following the circulation of a viral video on social media, depicting the suspect's ruthless assault on the child.
