Man who set himself on fire, dies

The 64-year-old man who is alleged to have set himself on fire at Bristol Street in Colombo Fort yesterday died while under treatment at the National Hospital from the severe burn injuries he suffered.

Police said the victim was a temporary resident of Grandpass and the motive behind the tragedy was not yet known.
