24-hour water cut in several areas in Colombo tomorrow

A 24-hour water cut will be imposed on several areas in Colombo starting from 9.00 a.m tomorrow (Saturday) due to shifting of Raw Water Transmission Pipeline to Ambathale Water Treatment Plant for SLLRDC Flood Control Canal construction, the National Water Supply and Drainage Board (NWSDB) said.

Accordingly, water supply will be interrupted from 9 am on Saturday-23 to 9 am on Sunday-24 in Colombo 01 to 03 and Colombo 07 to 12.(Chaturanga Samarawickrama)
