18-hour water cut in Wattala from today: NWSDB

An 18-hour water cut will be imposed for several areas in Wattala from 10 pm today (31) to 4 pm tomorrow (April 1), National Water Supply and Drainage Board (NWSDB) said today.

They said the water supply will be disrupted due to the upgrade of the pipeline at Hekitta area in line with the road development activities. 

Accordingly, water supply to Wanawasala, Oliyamulla, Wattala Negombo road, Evariwatta road, Thelangapatha, Meegahawatta, Hekitta, Palliyawatta, Weliamuna road, Balagala, Galagahaduwa Maradana Road and Elakanda will be interrupted.
