Overseas Realty Ceylon PLC announced the appointment of Shamil Mendis as an Independent Director to its board of directors.
In compliance with the Colombo Stock Exchange new listing rules on independent directors, the company also announced the retirement of Rohini Lettitia Nanayakkara, the veteran banker who had distinguishably served on the board for over 20 years.
