Increasing Tax compliance through transparency and encouragement

I wish to make some suggestions for the consideration of officials of the tax department and the state to look into, they go as follows:-  

1. Once you pay your annual tax, a sheet can be given with the percentages of money spent by the Government on various development activities (even a small percentage matters) from your tax money

2. Those who pay taxes regularly should be recognised by issuing a platinum, gold or silver card so that this is recognised by state departments when they go to get some work done

3. All hospitals should provide a breakdown of the amount spent by the state on free medical services provided when patients are discharged, so that the value of the free medical services provided by the state is recognised
